The Office Administrator is responsible for administrative operations to ensure efficient office functionality and support business activities. The role manages office processes and ensures alignment with organizational priorities. The position supports operational efficiency, employee support, and effective business operations.
What You'll Do
Office Operations & Administrative Management
- Maintain ownership of office operations ensuring efficient administrative processes and business support.
- Oversee daily office activities including scheduling, communications, and administrative workflows.
- Manage office resources, supplies, and vendor relationships to support operational needs.
- Ensure accuracy and organization of records, files, and administrative systems.
- Coordinate office procedures to support productivity and business continuity.
Cross-Functional Coordination & Process Improvement
- Maintain office budgets, expense tracking, and administrative reporting activities.
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and operational efficiency.
- Support company events, meetings, and internal communications coordination.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and administrative standards.
Additional Expectations
- Remain compliant with the Code of Conduct and Policies which includes the Kingspan Group Compliance Policy.
- Ensure that all duties related to product compliance are adhered to in accordance with the Product Compliance Policy, Laws, Regulations, and market demands.
- Responsible for all tasks to achieve compliance goals and demands of the Compliance Management System.
- Must raise concerns related to the Compliance Management System to their supervisor, manager, or any member of the Leadership Team, or through the confidential whistle blower service.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
- 5–7 years of experience in administrative or office management roles required.
- 2+ years of leadership experience managing administrative staff preferred.
- Strong understanding of office operations, administrative systems, and business processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and administrative systems.
- Experience managing budgets, vendors, and office resources.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in dynamic environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Experience with ERP or administrative systems supporting operations.

- Pay range: $60,000 USD to $75,000 USD. This role is eligible for a discretionary bonus.
