Office Manager

Our client in construction and real estate development is seeking an Office Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the office runs efficiently while supporting leadership and enhancing team productivity.

The Office Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the office on a day-to-day basis. This includes managing administrative staff, coordinating office procedures, overseeing budgets and supplies, maintaining office systems, and supporting senior leadership with logistical and operational needs. The Office Manager plays a key role in creating a productive and organized workplace environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Oversee general office operations and administrative staff.
  • Maintain office efficiency by implementing and improving procedures, policies, and systems.
  • Manage office supplies inventory, order materials, and ensure timely replenishment.
  • Serve as the point of contact for office vendors, service providers, and building management.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and team members.
  • Support onboarding and training of new staff members.
  • Manage office budget, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
  • Oversee maintenance of office equipment and facilities.
  • Assist with payroll, HR records, and employee engagement initiatives, as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 4-5+ years of Office Management experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
    Concur is a nice to have.
  • Highly polished, organized, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (equivalent experience may compensate).
