Reporting to the Director, Administrative Services, the Administrative Coordinator is responsible for welcoming visitors to the site, screening phone calls and supporting regular office operations. This position collaborates with program staff to ensure the safety of clients while on-site.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Prior Administrative experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams)
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must have strong organizational and time management skills
  • Must be able to greet and welcome all individuals served, staff, and guests to the site with a customer friendly and professional attitude.
  • Ability to relate well to staff and board members of different races, ethnicities, genders, sexual orientations, socioeconomic backgrounds, and religions.
