Program & Administrative Support

Trinity Maternal Wellness is seeking a dependable, organized, and compassionate individual to provide administrative and program support across our maternal and family wellness programs.

• Provide administrative and organizational support
• Assist with program planning, scheduling, and logistics
• Manage participant registration and communications
• Maintain spreadsheets, records, and program data
• Track attendance, evaluations, and program outcomes
• Assist with reports and grant documentation
• Support classes, workshops, outreach, and community events
• Prepare program materials and assist with event setup
• Support Momma’s Circle®, Belly Buddies™, the Momma & Baby Supply Closet, and other Trinity programs

• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and online tools
• Comfortable with spreadsheets, data entry, and recordkeeping
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Professional, dependable, and able to maintain confidentiality
• Must successfully complete a background check

$25/hour | Approximately 10 hours/week

Flexible schedule with some evening and weekend availability needed based on programs and events.
