Our client, a company in the construction and real estate development space, is looking for an Office Manager to help keep their office running smoothly. This role will be instrumental in supporting leadership and driving team productivity.
Job DescriptionThis role owns the day-to-day functioning of the office — from overseeing administrative operations and staff to managing budgets, supplies, and systems. The Office Manager acts as a key partner to senior leadership, handling logistics and operational needs while fostering an organized, productive workplace.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily office operations and supervise administrative team members
- Develop and refine office procedures, policies, and systems to boost efficiency
- Track and replenish office supplies and materials as needed
- Act as the primary liaison with vendors, service providers, and building management
- Organize calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel logistics for leadership and staff
- Help facilitate onboarding and training for new hires
- Monitor the office budget and expenses to keep operations cost-effective
- Uphold company policies and ensure regulatory compliance
- Coordinate upkeep of office equipment and facility maintenance
- Support payroll processing, HR documentation, and employee engagement efforts as needed
- 4+ years of experience in office management
- Strong command of Microsoft Office; familiarity with Concur a plus
- Polished, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling confidential information
- Bachelor's degree preferred, though relevant experience will be considered
- Hands-on experience in a fast-paced, dynamic office setting
