Reeves Lavallee PC specializes in family law, real estate transactions, landlord/tenant law, and probate law. With decades of experience, we provide premium legal services with a personal touch in Worcester County, Massachusetts.

Job Description Description

Reeves Lavallee, P.C. is a fast-paced family law and civil litigation firm in Massachusetts, and we're looking for an Administrative Assistant who runs on precision. This is the role that keeps the office moving: a daily task list executed without reminders, documentation that stays accurate under volume, and a client experience that feels calm and professional from the first hello.

You'll support attorneys and staff by owning the details most people overlook. The right person is quick with technology, fast to learn new systems, and proactive about spotting what needs doing before being asked. You take confidentiality seriously, you follow directions the first time, and you treat accountability as a standard rather than a stretch goal.

If you do your best work inside a clear system and take pride in getting things right, you'll fit well here.
