Night Shift Sanitation Manager

The Night Shift Sanitation Manager plays a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of the warehouse to ensure compliance with internal standards, customer expectations, and regulatory requirements. This position supports food safety and contributes directly to the overall health, safety, and efficiency of our facility.

Full-time position, Sunday - Thursday from 10:00pm- finish (generally 7:00am).

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Prior management of night shift sanitation or janitorial staff in a warehouse or food-related environment required.

• Ability to work in varied temperature zones and wet environments.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout shift.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently with attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of safety and sanitation procedures.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Bilingual - fluent in Spanish and English preferred.

$60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year, with benefits including 401K + Matching, Health Insurance, Vision Insurance, Life Insurance, Employee Discounts, Paid Time Off, Referral Program, and Employee Assistance Program.
