Location: Columbia, MD | Full Time | Pay Range: $19.75 - $23.80 per hour (Based on experience and qualifications)

WhatYou'll DoBuild and optimize technician schedules
- Coordinate technician assignments based on project requirements, schedules, skill sets, availability, and client preferences.
- Help maximize technician utilization while determining when freelance contract labor is needed.
- Maintain resource data, including technician proficiencies and availability records.
- Source and coordinate freelance contract labor when project needs require additional support.
- Serve as a company representative when negotiating freelance labor rates and terms within established guidelines.
- Align staffing decisions with event timelines and technical requirements.
- Communicate critical event and scheduling information through email, text, phone calls, and internal systems.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to coordinate resource plans and event details.
- Help resolve scheduling conflicts and support efficient labor allocation across projects.
- Research and confirm travel arrangements for technicians and related personnel.
- Evaluate travel options, determine costs, and secure approvals as needed.
- Help create a smooth experience from pre-production through event execution.
- Review event quotes and database reports for accuracy.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure labor, scheduling, and event information remains current and reliable.
- Participate in an on-call rotation supporting labor coordination needs.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Research and problem-solving capabilities.
- Confidence communicating with technicians, vendors, and internal partners.
- Negotiation skills and sound judgment when coordinating contract labor.
- Adaptability in a business that supports live event execution.
- Play a direct role in supporting live events and the people who make them happen.
- Work with experienced professionals across event technology and production.
