Key Responsibilities Executive Communications & Materials- Shape talking points, correspondence, and other materials representing a senior executive's voice
- Support preparation for customer- and partner-facing meetings held on behalf of executive leadership
- Polish outgoing materials so they're ready for external or senior internal audiences
- Help maintain a consistent tone and message across executive communications
- Own logistics and readiness for internal and external meetings, confirming materials are set well ahead of time
- Distill action items from internal discussions into clear, trackable next steps
- Keep visibility on open items across work streams so nothing gets missed
- Keep relevant stakeholders informed on status between meetings
- Step in on ad hoc projects and overflow assignments to keep multiple work streams progressing
- Move independently on clearly scoped assignments with minimal oversight
- Coordinate across departments to remove blockers and sustain momentum on cross-functional work
- Develop enough fluency in the business to represent the office confidently in day-to-day interactions
- Contribute to culture and engagement programming alongside the People team
- Help design and run initiatives that build connection across the organization
- Support planning and execution of company-wide events and communications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 2+ years of experience at a management consulting, investment banking, or similarly rigorous analytical environment
- Strong organizational skills with reliable follow-through on assigned work streams
- Excellent written communicator, comfortable producing polished, executive-ready materials
- High proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, and project management tools
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively and discreetly with senior stakeholders
- Prior exposure to enterprise software or technology-enabled businesses is a plus
- Candidates must be able to work onsite five days a week at our office in the greater Washington, DC area
- Military or public service background is a plus
