1) Hospital / Provider Practice
2) Managed Care / Payer Practice – we work directly with health plans (very strong in the Blue Cross Blue Shield space). GeBBS Consulting has over two decades of experience supporting healthcare clients throughout the US.

We are currently hiring a Financial Analyst

Summary:

One of our Blue Cross Blue Shield clients is seeking Financial Analyst to evaluate operational metrics such as claims inventory and paid claims, analyze AI and customer service costs and effectiveness, review technical employee timesheets, and monitor vendor expenses and allocations. The role will also require the ability to conduct detailed financial deep dives, identify discrepancies, and work closely with Corporate Finance and other stakeholders to resolve allocation and budget issues.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in budget analysis or budget monitoring experience
• Experience extracting data from Ariba and Oracle Essbase

Location:
Hybrid - 3-5 times a month onsite in Columbia, or Canton MD.
