Coordinate and participate in detailed cost and schedule reviews and reconciliation efforts, working with the estimating, scheduling, and risk teams to evaluate contractor assumptions, pricing, means and methods, risk, contingency, and schedule impacts.

Coordinate the integration of cost estimating, scheduling, and risk analysis to support project controls recommendations, client discussions, and project decision-making.

Coordinate and participate in client, contractor, and internal workshops, technical reviews, reconciliation meetings, risk workshops, constructability reviews, and value engineering/optimization efforts.
