Aquatics Call Center Agent
The Columbia Association Aquatics Department is looking for applicants to work in our Aquatics Call Center who have strong phone and office skills , as they will be the first point of contact on the phone and for walk-in visitors. Candidates will be answering questions regarding our pool programs as well as the amenities offered at our facilities. Call Center Agents are responsible for booking swim lessons, lap lanes , and assisting in our hiring process.
They will perform basic bookkeeping, word processing , and filing job tasks.
A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required .
The starting pay rate for this position is $1 8.55 an hour.
