Client Service Representative
We are seeking an experienced Client Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be a believer in the possibilities of high quality veterinary medicine and patient care—with the expertise and technical know-how to make them happen. In this position you will be supporting our Doctor and Technician teams by creating a positive, low-stress atmosphere for our clients and patients.
We're looking for a personable yet highly professional "service extraordinaire" to join us in delivering our mission to our clients and their pets.
Must be able to work 30-40 hours per week
Must be able to work morning, afternoon, and evening shifts (weekends not required)
Must be comfortable communicating via technology (email, text, smart phone apps, etc.)
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must have at least 1 year reception or relevant customer service experience, veterinary Client Service Preferred

Duties include but are not limited to:
- Greeting visitors and making them feel welcome and comfortable
- Effectively communicate with current and prospective clients
- Effectively communicate with doctors and fellow teammates
- Work closely with teammates to ensure a low stress and compassionate environment
- Working closely with clients to promote long lasting and trusting relationships
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Presenting and explaining fees, including processing payments
- Recommending, selecting, and obtaining products and services, including prescriptions
- Answering questions regarding products and services, including educating clients on general animal husbandry and non-medical pet care (i.e., heartworm prevention, housebreaking, and flea & tick control)
- Accurately maintain medical records, reports
- Hospital maintenance (including removal of animal waste) and ensuring that facility is neat and clean at all times—both inside and outside
