As a Customer Service Associate
, you'll represent well-known brands at retail locations, promotional events, and community campaigns, providing exceptional service while helping customers learn more about products and services that meet their needs.

• Deliver outstanding face-to-face customer service at retail locations and promotional events
• Engage with customers, answer questions, and provide knowledgeable product and service information
• Build positive relationships by understanding customer needs and offering appropriate solutions
• Guide customers through the sign-up or purchasing process while ensuring a seamless experience
• Maintain a professional and friendly approach during every customer interaction
• Work collaboratively with your team to achieve customer satisfaction and team objectives

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, approachable, and confident when interacting with customers
• A positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping people
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
• Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn and develop new skills
• Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is beneficial but not required
• Must be able to work on-site in Washington, DC
