Architect

The Architect will plan and design, and facilitate the execution of new building designs, as well as expansions or renovations according to clients' needs, desires, and financial resources.

• Plan and design new building structures and renovations.
• Facilitate the execution of building expansions and renovations.
• Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and translate them into detailed drawings and models.
• Provide consultative support throughout the design process.
• Complete own drawings, specifications, and calculations for projects.
• Lead the entire design process, including proposal phases.
• Serve as the Architectural Lead on projects and potentially take on Project Manager responsibilities if experienced.

• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Ten years of relevant experience in architecture.

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture required, Master's degree preferred.

The work environment offers a hybrid schedule with one day a week remote, starting with full-time on-site and shifting to hybrid. The role involves prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer, and occasionally lifting up to 15 pounds. The company has a rapidly growing environment with opportunities for upward mobility.

This is a Permanent position based out of Columbia, MD.

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
