Architect
The Architect will plan and design, and facilitate the execution of new building designs, as well as expansions or renovations according to clients' needs, desires, and financial resources.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and design new building structures and renovations.
- Facilitate the execution of building expansions and renovations.
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and translate them into detailed drawings and models.
- Provide consultative support throughout the design process.
- Complete own drawings, specifications, and calculations for projects.
- Lead the entire design process, including proposal phases.
- Serve as the Architectural Lead on projects and potentially take on Project Manager responsibilities if experienced.
Essential
Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Ten years of relevant experience in architecture.
Additional Skills &
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture required, Master's degree preferred.
Work Environment:
The work environment offers a hybrid schedule with one day a week remote, starting with full-time on-site and shifting to hybrid. The role involves prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer, and occasionally lifting up to 15 pounds. The company has a rapidly growing environment with opportunities for upward mobility.

Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $130000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
