** Central Washington Family Medicine Residency (CWFM)
** needs a
** Pediatrician for Core Faculty
** to provide formal teaching, mentoring, and advising for our Resident Physicians. Come work in a collaborative, team-focused environment to provide the patients and families in our region access to high quality, and affordable care.
** On-Site Support:

** with BHCs on site and warm handoffs within minutes

** fully staffed with MAs, RNs, after-hours triage, and case managers

**** COMPENSATION AND PERKS**
* ** Faculty Base Salary: $215,000-$225,000.
** Salary is based on 18-20 encounters on patient clinic days, and experience bonus.

** QUALIFICATIONS
* ** MD/DO degree or IMG equivalent
* Completion of an accredited Family Medicine US Residency
* Additional prep instruction for program development, physician administrator, or faculty development fellowship is encouraged
* WA License or the ability to obtain a WA license
* DEA certificate
* BE/BC required
* Great peer references and in good standing
* Approved for credentialing with Medicare, Medicaid, and health plans

** is required. This position will integrate pediatric training with the broader scope of family medicine, ensuring our residents can provide comprehensive, family-centered care for children.
