Johns Hopkins Community Physicians (JHCP) is looking for a Hospitalist to join our Howard County Medical Center (HCMC), Columbia, Maryland, team. , where you’ll be responsible for providing the exceptional quality of care that our patients expect.

Schedule includes mostly days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

• JHCP Hospital-Based Medicine, HCMC, Columbia, Maryland
• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Unrestricted MD Licensure in the State of Maryland required.
• Certified Internal Medicine (ABIM)
• BLS/ACLS Certification required.
• Preferred:
  • Leadership experience: managing a large hospitalist/nocturnist team
  • Leadership experience collaborating with Hospital Leadership
  • Experience with RVU model, budgeting, staffing
  • Strong and effective communication skills
  • Strong change management and problem-solving skills
  • Scheduling experience, with Q-Genda
  • Data analysis
