ICF is seeking a field-based Associate Account Specialist to take a significant role in the implementation of commercial energy efficiency programs in Baltimore, Maryland. The selected candidate will be responsible for recruiting participants from Environmental Justice (EJ) communities into our utility incentive programs. The candidate will develop and implement engagement strategies with the goal of increasing the number of energy efficiency projects and participants within identified communities.

• Bachelor’sdegreein(Business Admin,Energy,Communicationorrelatedfield)(candidatescansubstituteoneyearofexperienceforeachyearofeducation)
• 1+ years of experience in community engagement, with a preferred focus on working with individuals and groups from under-resourced communities
• Proven fluency in English
