MEP Construction Project ManagerThis role leads mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection scopes across multiple projects. This role ensures technical quality, schedule performance, cost control, and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Manage MEP scopes, schedules, budgets, and risk plans
- Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and owner representatives
- Lead design reviews, constructability assessments, and value engineering
- Oversee installation quality, testing, and commissioning
- Review pay applications, evaluate change orders, and maintain documentation
- Facilitate coordination meetings and resolve technical issues
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 7+ years of MEP construction management experience
- Strong understanding of building systems and commissioning
- Proven ability to manage contractors, budgets, and schedules
- PE, PMP, or CxA credentials preferred
Oversees architectural and building envelope components on major construction projects, ensuring high-quality execution of finishes, façade systems, and interior build‑outs.
Responsibilities- Manage architectural construction activities including envelope, finishes, and specialty systems
- Conduct field inspections for compliance with drawings and specifications
- Review submittals, RFIs, mockups, and material samples
- Identify constructability issues and coordinate solutions
- Support punchlist, closeout, and quality documentation
- Represent MBP in meetings with owners, architects, and contractors
- Degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
- 5+ years of architectural construction or CM/owner’s rep experience
- Strong understanding of building envelope systems and architectural detailing
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- AIA, CSI, or envelope‑related certifications are a plus
Leads the planning, coordination, and execution of mission‑critical data center construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, schedule, and cost performance across all phases. This role requires deep familiarity with hyperscale or enterprise‑class data center environments, including mechanical, electrical, and IT infrastructure integration.
Responsibilities- Manage full lifecycle construction activities for datacenter projects, from pre‑construction through turnover.
- Oversee contractor performance, schedule adherence, and compliance with project specifications and safety requirements.
- Coordinate with MEP, architectural, structural, and commissioning teams to ensure seamless integration of critical systems.
- Review design documents, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and progress reports.
- Lead site walks, progress meetings, and quality reviews.
- Monitor budgets, forecasts, procurement, and risk logs.
- Support testing, commissioning, and turnover documentation.
- Maintain strong client relationships and represent MBP with technical credibility.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- 7+ years of construction project management experience, including datacenter or mission‑critical environments.
- Strong understanding of MEP systems, electrical distribution, cooling systems, and redundancy requirements (Tier II–IV).
- Experience managing large, fast‑paced, highly technical projects.
- Proficiency with project controls and construction management software.
- PMP, CCM, LEED AP, or similar certifications preferred.
