Senior Sales Engineer - FED

• Partner with the Sales team to articulate the overall value proposition, vision, and strategy to customers
• Own technical engagement with customers during the trial phase, addressing any identified issues
• Technically close complex opportunities using advanced competitive knowledge and technical skills
• Deliver product and technical presentations to potential clients
• Maintain accurate notes and feedback in CRM regarding customer experiences

• Minimum of 3+ years in a Sales Engineering or Dev Ops Engineering role
• Strong written and oral communication skills to convey both business benefits and technical advantages
• Experienced in programming/scripting with languages such as Java, Python, Ruby, Go, Node.
  
  JS, PHP, and .NET
• Ability to travel via auto, train, or air up to 45% of the time
• Able to sit for up to 4 hours while traveling to and from client sites

• Passionate about educating customers on observability risks and building evaluation plans
• Experience in a hybrid workplace and familiarity with cloud technology solutions
• Knowledge of competitive landscape in the SaaS industry
