- Manage the performance and schedule of the Integrated Logistics Management Team (ILMT) and Training Team to support all logistics and training requirements throughout the VCS lifecycle.
- Serve as the programmatic focal point for logistics and training integration across engineering, program management, and customer stakeholders.
- Work with team to develop and maintain the Integrated Support Plan (ISP) addressing reliability, maintainability, availability, supply support, technical documentation, and obsolescence management in accordance with program deliverables and schedule.
- Drive the coordination of provisioning plans, spares estimation, and life‑cycle cost analysis in accordance with program deliverables and schedule.
- Oversee the management of logistics data management, including configuration control and updates.
- Coordinate IPS requirements for contracts and acquisition documentation.
- Evaluate progress toward IPS objectives and drive execution.
- Drive the on‑time delivery of all ILS CDRLs and deliverables to FAA.
- Work with training team on development of training deliverables such as Task and Skills Analysis (TASA), Course Design Guides, and Instructor‑Led Training (ILT) materials.
- Manage operational tryouts, end‑of‑course evaluations, and certification processes for program personnel.
- Manage schedule for on‑site training courses as requested by the FAA.
- Drive the on‑time delivery of all Training CDRLs and deliverables to FAA.
- Implement EVM principles to monitor program performance against cost and schedule baselines.
- Prepare and review Contract Performance Reports (CPR), Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), and variance analyses.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to logistics, training, and cost performance.
- Ensure adherence to FAA contractual requirements and government acquisition policies.
- Minimum 8 years in logistics and training program management within aerospace/defense environments.
- Proven experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS).
- Familiarity with FAA standards, Integrated Product Support (IPS) elements, and DoD acquisition processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
