DutiesYou will deliver optimized technical solutions that are balanced to achieve required technical performance within cost, schedule and technology constraints.
You will function as a project lead, program manager, team lead or member of an integrated team/group providing technical guidance to a technical workforce and meeting customer requirements for products and/or services.
You will act as a Project/Program Engineer in the application of advanced theories, concepts, principles and processes in research and engineering, test and evaluation and logistics functions.
You will develop and execute program plans to support critical component continued airworthiness including component analysis and testing.
You will identify and solve a wide variety of complex problems with many competing objectives, variables and constraints.
You will perform evaluations of industry technical assessments used to establish propulsion system fracture-safety critical parts field limits.
You will perform analysis of aircraft flight data to establish mission severity, validate life-prediction algorithms, and implement mission data analytics to trend and monitor operational usage.
You will perform time-sensitive risk and reliability assessments of propulsion system components to support aircraft level assessments balancing safety, availability, and affordability.
You will develop, communicate and present technical findings / results to program customers in a concise manner.
