Job Title
Duties
- You will apply engineering, mathematics, scientific skills around various subject areas to support the development, integration, test, field/deployment and sustainment of integrated EW systems/suites on airborne platforms.
- You will use electromagnetic, optical and acoustic techniques and systems.
- You will apply knowledge of electronics and the electromagnetic spectrum.
- You will execute tailored system engineering processes, managing requirements, identifying technical risks, and applying model based systems engineering.
- You will apply engineering knowledge to work on Radar Systems, Antennas and Electronic Warfare (EW) systems.
Requirements Conditions of Employment

- This is a Cyberspace Workforce position, work role code Program Manager, proficiency level 801 the incumbent is required to obtain and maintain qualifications in DoDM 8140.03 Cyber Workforce Qualification and Department of Navy policies.
- This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification in the Acquisition

and category assigned to the position is required within established category time frames. - Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the DP-3 grade level or pay band (GS-11) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1) Applying knowledge of electronics and the electromagnetic spectrum;
2) Executing tailored system engineering processes, managing requirements, identifying technical risks, and applying Model Based Systems Engineering best practices;
3) Understanding of the components of Electronic Warfare (EW), including Electronic Attack (EA), Electronic Support (ES), and Electronic Protection (EP);
4) Demonstrating knowledge of Radio Frequency (RF) or Digital Signal Processing, radar transmitters/jammers and receivers with analog and digital signal processing and radio frequency components.
