We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer with over five years of experience in an MEP environment. This role offers significant upward mobility and a hybrid work schedule. The ideal candidate should be able to manage projects independently from start to finish and demonstrate proficiency in AutoCAD, with Revit being a preferred skill.

• Take ownership of projects from inception to completion for commercial and federal projects, particularly in the Baltimore/DC Metropolitan area.
• Execute all drafting and design functions using AutoCAD.
• Contribute to design efforts in Revit for tenant fit-outs and commercial interiors.
• Engage with high-profile commercial interior projects including commercial headquarters, breweries, distilleries, and projects for government integrators.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in an MEP environment.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for electrical design.
• Ability to independently manage and complete projects.

• Experience with Revit is preferred.
• Strong understanding of electrical design principles and practices.

The work environment is family-friendly, with flexible work schedules for in-state employees and fully remote options for out-of-state employees. The office, located in Columbia, MD, houses around 30 people and fosters an open and collaborative atmosphere with no doors on offices. The space is designed to encourage collaboration, with all associates and principles seated in a shared area.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Columbia, MD.

The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $57.69/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Columbia,MD.
