Flight Controls Technical Discipline Expert
You will be considered an expert in Flight Controls technical discipline and associated tools and processes.
You will lead science and technology engineering activities by facilitating technology transfer from science and technology research to programs of record, and supporting flight controls development for assigned aviation weapon systems.
You will develop project-planning objectives for engineering development of current and long range programs.
You will supervise and perform official supervisory responsibilities for assigned subordinates.
You will interpret policies promulgated by authorities to determine their effect on aviation program needs.
You will oversee the planning of resources to accomplish major blocks of the engineering endeavor.
You will prepare written and oral presentations stakeholders on project status, technical problems, scheduling, and costs for assigned program/project.
You will accomplish other duties as assigned.
