Games Attendant

Job Overview

At Main Event, Games Attendants are at the center of the action on our games floor. You are technologically savvy, outgoing, and create fun memories for our Guests. You know all our games and entertainment options and can recommend based on Guest interests and needs. You monitor event activities, safety protocols, and make redemption suggestions so Guests can take home the best prizes.

• Monitor activities such as Laser Tag, Mini Golf, Gravity Ropes, Escape Rooms, Gel Blasters, and Rock Climbing to ensure they are stocked, clean, and safe.
• Create memorable experiences by providing exceptional service.
• Ensure the games and Winner’s Choice are clean and stocked.
• Assist Guests with questions regarding point redemption.
• Perform minor repairs to games and laser tag vests.
• Partner with the Technical Team to report wear-and-tear and damage to games or equipment.
• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
• Welcome and engage with all guests while being an ambassador of FUN.
• Perform opening, mid‑day, or closing duties.

• Experience in a similar role a plus, but not required.
• Guest‑focused mindset.
• Technologically savvy and willing to learn new things.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills with Management, Team Members, and Guests.
• Availability to work days, nights, and/or weekends.
