Store Associate

Noxide Esports is seeking a dynamic and proactive Store Associate to join our team. This role is central to creating a world-class customer experience and building our gaming community. Key responsibilities daily operations, including opening/closing procedures, point-of-sale transactions, and general housekeeping.

Support and assist Noxide Esports customers

Facilitate account creation and integration for LAN and Tournament Play

Opening and closing of Noxide Esports

Provide troubleshooting and basic technical support assistance on equipment as needed

Responsible for handling point of sale transactions (POS) and deposits

Assist in the creation and execution of

Weekly, monthly, and national events

Youth programming and camps

Private events (birthdays, third-party, etc.)

Community building

Adheres to all standard operating procedures and policies

Digital and in-person community outreach to create partnerships between communities, neighbors, and tournament operators

Active participation in promoting and facilitating tournaments

Assists in completing inventory

Knows their way around discord, social media platforms, and has knowledge of both console and PC gaming

Understand esports competition and competitive structures

Proactive, ready, and eager to help build the infrastructure to esports

High school Diploma or equivalent

Knowledge of video games/esports

Free gaming hours monthly
