- Perform system administration functions to ensure that areas meet business requirements. Examples include forecast preparation; data validation; issue investigation and resolution; documentation.
- Execute and manage the monthly cost centers ledgers in SAP, monthly jobs, ensuring the integrity results posted, independently resolving issues or elevating issues to key partners as needed while ensuring adherence to the specified month-end schedule.
- Work with purchasing to ensure proper coding of purchase requisitions and purchase orders for cost center and account numbers.
- Support cost center managers to interpret and analyze monthly results.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual expense, revenue, and margin forecasting.
- Variance analysis of forecast vs. actual expense, revenue, and margin.
- Prepare annual budget in accordance with parent company schedule.
- Headcount tracking within specific business areas forecasting hire dates and costs while maintaining position movements.
- Prepare monthly commission calculations and reporting within specific business areas.
- Provide cost insight into management and finance.
- Prepare month end reporting packages.
- Other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
