** Point Breeze Credit Union is currently seeking a Card Services Representative to join our team!

** In this role you will:
* Maintain current Tranblocker rules within card processing system.
* Review CAMS alerts to determine if re-issue is warranted.
* Gather data for Visa quarterly reporting.
* Process replacement card requests received from members and office staff.
* Review daily reports from card processor for ATM/Visa exceptions, lost/stolen notifications and process adjustments as needed.
* Be responsible for monthly Debit/Credit card reissues.
* Assist with Visa Communication and CUNA claims.
* Responsible for fraud  / dispute processing on Visa debit/credit cards  as well as ATM cards  including chargebacks, working with merchants to refund members and the completion of the monthly write-off process.
* Communicate with members throughout the dispute process to request additional information or to keep them informed of their claim status.
* Review all daily, weekly, and monthly ATM/Fraud reports and Falcon Alerts.
* Process foreign cardholder ATM adjustments.
* Assist Accounting with the maintenance and balancing of the Exceptions GL.
* Adhere to all credit union compliance requirements, including Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) guidelines and regulations as explained and as appropriate for the position.
* Perform other duties as assigned by the Vice President, Operations Support.## Qualifications
** Education Requirement:
** High School Graduate or Equivalent
** Required Knowledge**:
* Operational understanding of all Operation Support Department function
* Knowledge of card processing policies and procedures
* Knowledge of Regulation E, Regulation Z and Visa Regulation
** Experience

Required:

** One to three years of similar or related experience.
** Skills/Abilities:
*** Well organized
* Solid verbal and written communication abilities
* Strong attention to detail skills
* PC proficient
