About
The Role
The Sr. Accounts Receivable Analyst will assist in the daily functions of the A/R
-Credit department, ensuring financial stability of customer accounts while assisting in managing a team of A/R Specialists/Analysts. This role is responsible for overseeing the accounts receivable process, evaluating credit applications, and managing customer credit limits in alignment with company policies and risk tolerance.
What You’ll Do
- Associate’s degree with 2–4 years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable, or a Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
- 2–4 years of leadership experience managing a team of four or more employees.
- Demonstrated expertise in Accounts Receivable processes and credit management.
- Proven ability to mitigate credit risk and support sound financial decision-making.
- Experience with prelien notice management and related compliance requirements.
- Strong data analytics skills with the ability to interpret trends and inform strategy.
- Effective relationship builder with a customer-focused mindset.
- Accountable and results-driven professional with strong organizational skills.
- Purposeful communicator who consistently exceeds performance expectations.
- Remain compliant with the Code of Conduct and Policies which includes the Kingspan Group Compliance Policy.
- Ensure that all duties related to product compliance are adhered to in accordance with the Product Compliance Policy, Laws, Regulations, and market demands.
- Responsible for all tasks to achieve compliance goals and demands of the Compliance Management System.
- Must raise concerns related to the Compliance Management System to their supervisor, manager, or any member of the Leadership Team, or through the confidential whistle blower service.

- Pay range: $70,000-$80,000/yr. This role is eligible for a discretionary bonus.
