Job Summary
Financial Analyst at Lennar, one of the nation’s leading homebuilders. The role focuses on financial reporting, data modeling, analytics, ad‑hoc reporting, proformas, and month‑end accounting functions for Regional and Corporate teams.
Responsibilities- Assist in Green folder process by preparing vestacalcs, charts, graphs, and reports as required.
- Perform financial feasibility analysis for each Division acquisition opportunity.
- Prepare underwriting proformas and related financial documentation for each asset acquired by the Division.
- Analyze historical sales trends, current and future market conditions, and overall supply‑and‑demand dynamics.
- Develop a deep understanding of KPIs to apply to Green folder analysis.
- Translate data and insights into actionable recommendations using visualization and analysis tools, and present findings to senior division leadership.
- Assist Finance Manager and Operations with various projects as needed.

- Developing supervisory/managerial skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years general accounting or finance experience preferred.
- Homebuilding experience preferred.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills required.
- JD Edwards experience and Hyperion or Essbase preferred.
Annual base salary range: $67,780.38 – $106,689, subject to adjustment based on qualifications and geographic differentials. The position may be eligible for bonuses and commissions.
