What You’ll Do
As a Relationship Banker, you embrace SECU’s brand and deliver financial education to our members and communities. Your day may start by consulting with members about their banking needs, reviewing current banking relationships, following up with a member about a business loan, or strategizing to help a member save for college, a home, wedding, or another significant life milestone. You may find yourself at a business or community event talking to participants about financial literacy or SECU offerings, or at SECU volunteer events, earning up to 12 hours paid time off per quarter.

WhatWe’re Looking For
- Consultative sales experience in the financial or banking industry with a proven record of building customer loyalty and expanding financial literacy and well‑being.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve goals through strong familiarity with retail banking products and services.

Compensation Information- Member Advisor I / Relationship Banker I
- Hourly Pay Range:
Min. $21.35 – Max. $32.02
- Hourly Pay Range:
- Member Advisor II / Relationship Banker II
- Hourly Pay Range:
Min. $24.62 – Max. $39.42
- Hourly Pay Range:
Final offer will be based on years of experience and education.
