Enterprise Housing Credit Investments (EHCI) is seeking a Real Estate Financial Analyst to join our Acquisitions team. The analyst will evaluate LIHTC projects and build investment-grade financial models used to support investment decisions.
Requirements include a BS/BA in Finance, Real Estate or Urban Planning; LIHTC experience; advanced Excel; and strong writing skills. Some travel and occasional evenings may be required;
Salesforce experience is a plus.
