VP of Finance

VP of Finance | PE-backed Residential Services | Maryland

$175,000-$200,000 base + 30% bonus

Seven Executive is retained on a VP of Finance mandate for a PE-backed Residential Services organization based out of the Washington, DC-Baltimore region.

The organization is a legacy brand with a very good reputation in the industry, with a 70/30 split between residential & commercial services, servicing VA, MD, and NJ markets.

• Full oversight of the finance department, AR, AP, billing, collections, and accounting
• Month-end close processes that run like clockwork, every time
• Cash flow management and forecasting, reducing overdue balances and tightening receivables
• Inventory controls, expense auditing, and internal controls improvement
• Translating financial statements into clear, actionable insight for the VP and leadership team
• Building a high-performing, accountable team with clear goals and succession planning

• A finance leader who is inquisitive by nature, you don't settle for what's in front of you
• Someone who can coach and hold a team accountable
