Lead Financial Management Analyst

Senior Financial Management Advisor

You will serve as a senior advisor and technical expert to resolve complex, sensitive, or unprecedented financial management matters across multiple organizational components.

You will execute full-lifecycle resource management for assigned programs, encompassing long-range program planning, budget formulation, execution monitoring, and final financial closeout.

You will formulate supportable courses of action, budget exhibits, and impact statements to justify and defend funding requirements before senior leadership, customers, and external stakeholders.

You will operate with broad independence to interpret vague, incomplete, or conflicting financial guidelines and design new internal procedures or business practices to ensure compliance.

You will coordinate with functional specialists, project teams, or comptroller staff to reconcile differing priorities, obtain consensus on resource strategies, and ensure the successful delivery of mission-critical financial products.

You will perform a variety of other fiscal, accounting, or financial management duties and responsibilities.

You will distribute and balance workload among employees considering skill level or specialization, time frames for completion, and priorities train or arrange for training of employees.

You will communicate clearly both orally and in writing for the purpose of providing information and guidance to team members led and to management or customers at all levels.
