Client Service Analyst III

Manage client relationships and ensure excellent client service and delivery for a book of CLO and Leverage Finance Facility clients
Execute day-to-day operations and reporting delivery with minimal supervision
Manage deals independently
Create technical report specifications from indenture language
Set up payment calculations in in-house systems
Receive, map, and reconcile periodic collateral data
Compile monthly, quarterly, and annual payment and tax reports
Coordinate with operations teams to ensure correct payments are received and made
Perform quality control reviews of reports for timeliness and accuracy
Perform portfolio compliance tests on structured fixed income deals
Interact frequently with asset managers, investors, auditors, and rating agencies
Participate in new client proposals
Lead business-related projects
Make tax elections, file for EINs, and track residual holder transfers
Read and interpret trust indentures regarding reporting requirements

• 5+ years of related experience or similar field
• High school diploma required
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management, and/or commercial banking products and services
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards, and practices
• Intermediate to advanced Tran Star experience preferred
• Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills

Demonstrates expertise in managing client relationships and delivering exceptional service in CLO and Leverage Finance Facility environments. Proficient in regulatory compliance, banking operations, and financial reporting.
