Job Description:You will provide operational and administrative support to Client Advisors in their daily practices, developing strong relationships with our clients and delivering holistic, well-rounded care. This is an excellent opportunity to grow within the financial services industry with upward mobility across multiple career paths. Successful candidates will have strong client service and interpersonal skills, some custodial experience, and be able to thrive in a team environment with competing deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as a point of contact for routine client service requests and issues
- Own account maintenance for new and existing clients, including collecting client‑specific information, prepping and obtaining appropriate documentation, communicating with custodians, and complying with regulatory requirements
- Process money movements, facilitate trades, and handle ad hoc client requests
- Work cross‑functionally with investment, accounting, and operational departments to ensure clients’ needs are being met
- Generate and substantiate reports for meetings
- Gather, input, and maintain key client information in the CRM (Salesforce)
- Learn and consistently follow established firm processes, workflows and service standards
- Support team projects
- Executes with precision - delivers accurate, timely work in line with established processes
- Learns the craft - actively absorbs firm processes, workflows, and the fundamentals of client service; asks good questions and applies feedback to improve
- Gets it done – completes tasks with consistency and care and communicates progress along the way

- coordinates internally, pitches in on projects, and contributes to a team that runs well together
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 1–3 years of client service or administrative experience within the financial services industry, including hands‑on experience working with financial custodians and managing custodian‑related processes.
