The Client Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ellicott City, MD. In this role, the Client Associate supports advisors by preparing client meeting materials, maintaining accurate client records, and assisting with account setup, transfers, and ongoing service requests. The position involves responding to client inquiries, scheduling meetings, and ensuring a professional and timely client experience across phone, email, and in-person interactions.
The Client Associate also helps with basic financial data entry, documentation, and coordination with custodians and internal teams to ensure smooth operational workflows. This role may assist with follow-up on recommendations, support light business development activities, and contribute to improving client service processes. There are firm growth associated bonuses included with this role.
- Strong client-facing and service-oriented abilities, including Client Services and Communication skills.
- High attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office or similar) and comfort learning financial planning and CRM software.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate sound judgment and professionalism.
- Interest in pursuing relevant industry certifications (such as CFP or other licenses) is a plus.
$75,000.00 - $ per year, as well as firm growth associated bonuses.
