Inspection and regulatory work for residential refuse and recycling collection operations. Work includes investigating, responding to and rectifying citizens' complaints concerning recycling and refuse collection; maintaining related records and reports; insuring compliance of collection contractors with contract specifications; and enforcing ordinances, regulations and rules relating to recycling and refuse collection.
