You will develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support students' academic and social success.Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide direct therapy services to students.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and educational staff.
• Monitor and document student progress.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on goals.
• Provide training to teachers and staff on communication strategies.

Qualifications:
For SLPs:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Valid state licensure in Maryland.
• CCC-SLP from ASHA preferred.
• School setting experience preferred.

For SLPAs:

• Associates or Bachelors degree in SLPA program.
• Valid state licensure in Maryland.
• Experience in educational settings preferred.
