Service Now Certified Systems Administrator (CSA), TS/SCI with a Full Scope Polygraph Security Clearance Required, Annapolis Junction, MD

We are seeking an experienced Service Now Certified Systems Administrator to join the team in support of Federal Government clients. As the Service Now Certified Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing Service Now instances, ensuring system performance, and implementing new features and functionalities. The qualified Service Now Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) must have an active TS/SCI with a Full Scope Polygraph security clearance.

This position is 100% Onsite.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
• 4 years of additional Systems Administration experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
• 10 years of experience as a Systems Administrator in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
• 4 years of experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) is required.
• 2 years of experience with Service Now platform is required.
• 1 year of experience integrating Service Now with other applications is required.
• Service Now Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) certification is required.
