Data Analyst
Position Summary:
Works under the supervision of a Data Trust Analytic Team Leader or other data governance or analytic leadership appropriate for the scope of work. This supervision may be through a matrixed or direct reporting structure. This role is responsible for data analytics and additional support of performance measures, ongoing measurement, data collection, reporting, data visualizations and information dissemination. Responsible for supporting the strategic design and maintenance of business intelligence applications.
Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems. Ensures that the use of business intelligence applications enhances clinical & business decision making capabilities. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Work is closely managed.
- Requires a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree, field of Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Healthcare, or equivalent preferred.
- Experience beyond the work experience requirement may be substituted for the degree on a 2 years of experience for 1 year of education basis.
- Demonstrates analytic, planning, and organizational skills needed to manage multiple projects or responsibilities. Ability to exercise sound
judgement in handling sensitive and confidential information and situations. Strong oral and written communication skills necessary to interact
with diverse groups of people, exchange information, and produce written correspondence.
- EDW internal certification required within 6 months.
- 2 years of experience in a professional environment where the required knowledge base and skills have been utilized.
- 1 of those years in collecting and analyzing data, preparing reports, identifying and solving problems
Salary Range: Minimum 27.51/hour - Maximum 48.14/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
