Job

Purpose

As a Marketing Project Manager, you will be responsible for project management and delivery of marketing programs and tactics across multiple clients or work streams. You will be responsible for flawless execution and on‑time delivery of marketing assets. As Project Manager, you will create and own the project plan and manage day‑to‑day tasks from project start to completion. Critical to the success of this role: setting expectations and managing project scope, timelines, tasks, and team communication.

This is a hands‑on, roll-your-shirts sleeves‑up role that requires management of tasks cross‑functionally. This role may include direct engagement and coordination with clients. More specifically:

  • Project Management:
    Expertise in developing project plans and owning end‑to‑end delivery using enterprise project management tools like Smartsheet.
  • Asset Lifecycle Management & QA:
    Ability to oversee the entire “Annotate‑Edit‑Review‑Approve” workflow, including meticulous proofreading and quality assurance (QA) for all marketing deliverables.
  • Cross‑Functional Facilitation:
    Skill in managing tasks and communication across teams including Client Marketing, Client Success, Marketing Operations, Design, etc.
  • Risk Mitigation & Problem Solving:
    Proactively identify dependencies and risks while developing contingency and “best‑case” resolution plans.
  • Technical Tool Proficiency:
    Expert in project management tools (eg. Smartsheets, Wrike, Asana, Monday), Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace and Adobe. Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Figma are a plus.
Responsibilities Project Management

Leading the project lifecycle by creating timelines, setting expectations, managing scope, and ensuring flawless, on‑time delivery across multiple work streams.

  • Manage multiple work streams and timelines.
  • Develop, maintain, and own detailed project plans, tasks, and timelines.
  • Own tracking project progress, tasks, key decisions, and deliverable status.
  • Proactively identify and address issues, dependencies, and risks.
  • Develop contingency and best‑case scenarios and resolution plans.
Asset Management & Operational Quality Control

Owning the “Deliverable Review Process”, managing design team and maintaining digital assets within a DAM system.

  • Own seamless review, edits, approval, archival of marketing assets.
  • Manage internal and client review of marketing assets and content. Annotate required edits. Oversee Design Team pull-through of edits. Proof and QA all marketing deliverables.
  • Own maintenance of client‑facing marketing assets within Digital Asset Management System.
Communication & Documentation

Managing projects through consistent, daily communication while ensuring all deliverables, process flows and copy documents are maintained.

  • Schedule priority meetings, document meeting minutes, follow up on actions and elevate issues.
  • Own Marketing scrum agenda, recap, and status reports.
  • Maintain documentation including copy docs, process flows, etc.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a Marketing Project Management Role.
  • Expert in marketing project management – healthcare / biotech / life sciences industries experience is a plus.
