Monday-Friday, Day Shift Clearance:
Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph Required Experience
* Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
* Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience (additional experience may substitute for degree)
* Minimum 8 years supporting large organizations or complex programs
* Minimum 3 years of personnel management and experience partnering with senior leaders

What You'll Do
* Provide expertise in service strategy, policy coordination, and operational planning
* Review and analyze documents, prepare comments, and coordinate decision memoranda and legislative inputs
* Oversee internal task management systems (WMS, ETMS2, JIRA) across the directorate
* Draft and coordinate point papers for J9 leadership
* Brief Directorate leaders weekly on priorities and task status
* Prepare leadership for upcoming engagements and ensure deliverables are completed
* Support development of cyber-related concepts of operation and doctrine
* Serve as liaison to Division leadership to improve business processes and develop SOPs
* Lead and participate in cross-functional teams and collaboration efforts
* Compile staffing requirements and coordinate hiring actions
* Support PMO data calls, monthly reporting, and forecasting activities

Preferred Experience
* Master's degree in a technical or business discipline
* Experience with Confluence, JIRA, and SharePoint (including permissions management)
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
