Human Factors Engineer Security Clearance

Position: Human Factors Engineer 1 with Security Clearance
Cyber Core is looking for a Human Factors Engineer 1! The team collaborates with developers, managers, and system engineers to ensure intelligence products remain modern, cutting-edge, and highly usable. The team researches and documents user workflows, designs intuitive front-end systems, creates mockups, engages with users for feedback, and works closely with multiple development teams to enhance analyst tools. The team uses tools such as Pen Pot, Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, and Microsoft Office.

Telework:
Up to 2 days/week Required Skills
* 5 years with a Bachelor's in Computer Science (or related field)

* Experience conducting user research through surveys, focus groups, and usability testing to gather and analyze user feedback

* Ability to translate user requirements (personas, workflows, task flows, and user scenarios) into wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and detailed interface design specifications

* Experience collaborating closely with application developers, product designers, and process engineers to deliver intuitive, user-centered solutions

* Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe XD, Pen Pot, or similar platforms

* Active TS/SCI security clearance with a current polygraph is required Desired Skills

This range is a good-faith estimate that reflects various experience levels.
