* Know and live our core values every single day About this Role As a Dev Ops Engineer (Infrastructure & Automation), you will design, implement, and maintain the systems that enable reliable, secure, and scalable software delivery in mission environments. You will work at the intersection of software engineering and systems engineering, building automation that reduces manual processes and increases deployment velocity while maintaining operational stability.
This role emphasizes infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD pipeline development, container orchestration, and production monitoring. You will collaborate closely with software engineers, data engineers, and mission stakeholders to ensure applications are deployed efficiently, monitored effectively, and operated securely. Responsibilities will include:
* Maintain an active TS/SCI with Polygraph. Candidates without a current clearance will not be considered.
* Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure-as-code solutions
* Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines to support automated testing and deployment
* Manage containerized environments using technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
* Automate provisioning, configuration management, and system updates
* Implement monitoring, logging, and observability solutions
* Support high-availability and fault-tolerant system architectures
* Troubleshoot deployment, networking, and performance issues in production environments
* Collaborate with development teams to improve build, release, and deployment workflows
* Ensure systems operate securely and in compliance with mission requirements
* Document infrastructure configurations and operational procedures Requirements
* Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
* Experience developing infrastructure-as-code using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Packer, or similar
* Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
* Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker) and orchestration platforms (Kubernetes or similar)
* Experience working in Linux-based environments
* Understanding of networking fundamentals and system architecture
* Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools
* Experience using Git-based workflows
* Ability to diagnose and resolve complex system and deployment issues

* Experience operating in cloud environments such as AWS or Azure
* Familiarity with Git Lab CI/CD or similar pipeline tools
* Experience implementing observability stacks (Grafana, Prometheus, Elastic, etc.)
* Experience with database infrastructure (Postgres, SQLite, etc.)
* Scripting experience in Python, Bash, Go, or similar languages
* Familiarity with secure and compliant infrastructure in high-security environments
* Experience supporting production CNO capabilities and operations
* Knowledge of end-to-end SIGINT collection and analysis systems
