Gcom is looking for a Sr ETL Developer with strong Informatica Power Center experience and advanced SQL skills to design, build, and optimize enterprise data pipelines supporting analytics and operational reporting. Strictly this position for US Citizens or Green Card Holders Only.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows using Informatica Power Center (Designer, Workflow Manager/Monitor, etc.).
- Create, optimize, and troubleshoot stored procedures, functions, inline SQL, and end-to-end ETL processes.
- Perform Informatica performance tuning across sources, mappings, targets, and sessions.
- Collaborate across Agile teams; participate independently in requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and support phases.
- Work extensively with Greenplum (Postgre
SQL) and/or Oracle SQL/PL/SQL for data modeling, transformations, and performance tuning. - Monitor, support, and resolve application issues across technologies including Informatica, Postgre
SQL/Greenplum, Oracle, and Mainframe systems. - Provide on-call production support as needed, ensuring stability and timely incident resolution.
- Solid hands-on experience with Informatica Power Center and related components.
- Expert-level SQL and procedural programming (Postgre
SQL/Greenplum and/or Oracle PL/SQL). - Proven ability in ETL/SQL performance optimization and root-cause analysis.
- Working knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with practical Agile experience.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and comfort operating in production environments with on-call responsibilities.
