PSI Pax Inc has an exciting opportunity for a Network and Computer Systems Administrator Intermediate/ Journeyman to support our government customer located in Patuxent River, MD.

Duties & Responsibilities:

* Install, configure, and maintain an organization's local area network (LAN), data communications network, operating systems, and physical and virtual servers.

* Perform System monitoring and verify the integrity and availability of hardware, network, and server resources and systems.

* Review System and application logs and verify completion of scheduled jobs, including system backups.

* Analyze network and server resource consumption and control user access.

* Install and upgrade software and maintain software licenses.

* May assist in network emulation/virtualization, analysis, planning, and coordination between network and data communications hardware and software.

Qualifications:

* Minimum:
Top Secret Clearance.

* Expected:
Top Secret - SCI eligible
- Full Performance Level Security Clearance.

* Certifications including:
Red Hat Linux Admin

* Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

* Must work well independently; have the ability to interface with customers in senior/executive level positions.

* Must have strong written and verbal communication skills and must provide customer service both internally and externally.

* More than 3 years of experience performing work related to the LCAT functional description.

* Meets the identified military equivalent on the job training (OJT) requirement.

Education:

* Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology Discipline is preferred.
