Under the framework of the DOD Skill Bridge Program, we host active‑duty military members for skilled internships for up to the final 6 months of active‑duty obligated service. We are proud to assist current military members transition and obtain jobs within civilian employment.

• Perform day‑to‑day administration of the Service Now platform, including user and group management, ACLs, business rules, UI policies, UI actions, and client scripts.
• Configure and maintain Service Now applications, including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Knowledge, and CMDB.
• Develop and implement enhancements, updates, and upgrades to the Service Now platform.
• Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement solutions to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Create and maintain system documentation, including technical specifications, user guides, and operational procedures.
• Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions that meet their needs.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Service Now‑related issues.
• Ensure data integrity and security within the Service Now platform.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate Service Now with other systems and tools.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest features and best practices for Service Now.

• Minimum of Top Secret (or higher) clearance.
